West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District provides
assistance to member cities and counties to improve the quality of
life in our communities by providing grant application and management
assistance to member cities and counties. The District assists with
community development projects such as:
- Rural Water & Wastewater Systems
- Infrastructure needs for industry attraction
- Loans to industry for new startup or growth
- Categorical projects that benefit low-to-moderate income citizens:
- Public Health Units
- Senior Citizen Centers
