West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (WCAPDD) serves a
ten (10) county area in the west central section of Arkansas. The geographic scope
of our District is 7,057 square miles with a population of 291,449, according to
the 2000 Census. The District's population has increased by 15% since the 1990
Census. WCAPDD serves the following Arkansas counties:
